Corrections

Corrections should be visible, dated, and specific.

This page defines the correction process and exposes the public correction registry without treating a missing record as proof that content is error-free.

CORRECTION PROCESS

Report, assess, correct, disclose.

  1. Identify the page URL and the exact statement at issue.
  2. Compare the statement with the cited or approved source.
  3. Classify the change as clarification, update, or material correction.
  4. For a material correction, record the date, previous wording or issue, corrected wording, reason, and responsible editor.

Submit a specific issue through the contact page. A request does not guarantee a change; the evidence review determines the outcome.

Public correction registry.

The registry is generated from a committed, reviewable source file.

PUBLIC REGISTRY
