Xindar GeoWatch

Know how AI answers describe your brand.

Xindar GeoWatch connects recorded AI answers with the questions your overseas buyers ask. Define the surface, inspect the evidence and decide what to improve next.

What is Xindar GeoWatch?

Xindar GeoWatch is Xindar's AI visibility monitoring offering. It helps teams review how sampled AI answers mention, describe and cite a brand, then use that evidence to investigate gaps and inaccurate claims.

For a B2B exporter, the starting point is a set of real buyer questions: which providers are relevant, how a product compares, and what evidence supports a supplier's capability. Monitoring becomes useful when the original answer and its sources remain available for inspection.

Current publicly described coverage

The current product entry describes official API sampling across five providers: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok. These are publicly described capabilities, checked on October 27, 2026; a trial should confirm the actual configuration and deliverables.

Area What the current product page describes What to confirm in your pilot
Answer collection API-based responses across five providers Model, search tools, language, frequency and original-answer access
Brand analysis Mentions, recommendation positions and sentiment Matching rules and handling of unranked or ambiguous answers
Sources Citation titles and URLs, with source analysis Which links were actually returned and how they are retained
Competitors Comparisons within the tracked questions Competitor definitions and a stable question panel
Operations Exports, scheduled checks and alerts Available formats, retention, thresholds and plan limits

Google Search, AI Overviews, AI Mode and consumer chat interfaces need separate confirmation. A provider's model API is a different collection surface from its consumer application. The current public product entry does not establish coverage of all those experiences.

Built around three operating questions

Can buyers discover the brand?

Track unbranded category, comparison and use-case questions. Keep brand-directed identity checks separate, so a question that already names your company does not inflate natural discovery results.

Does the answer describe the offer accurately?

Inspect the original answer for the right product, service scope and qualification conditions. A manufacturer mentioned for a process it does not offer needs a correction investigation, even if its mention count increases.

What should the team change next?

Connect each finding to an evidence source and an owner. An English capability page, an outdated distributor description and a missing product explanation require different actions. Software monitoring and Xindar's content or website services are scoped separately.

Start with a bounded pilot

  1. Define the buyer, offer and overseas market scenario.
  2. Agree on the exact questions and collection surfaces.
  3. Review a sample original answer and export before committing.
  4. Separate mentions, recommendations, citations and failed runs.
  5. Turn findings into a prioritized issue log and review the result.

We agree on scope and acceptance criteria before work begins. Availability of an English interface, retention, data handling, pricing and support terms must be confirmed for the proposed engagement. The current product entry uses Chinese interface copy and legacy branding; it is the entry supplied for Xindar GeoWatch.

Questions from overseas teams

Is GeoWatch software or a managed marketing service?

GeoWatch is the monitoring offering. English content, website implementation and export marketing support are separate service deliverables. Your proposal should identify which activities and owners are included.

Does a monitored mention prove that a buyer saw us?

No. It proves that a brand appeared in a recorded sample under the stated conditions. Actual visits, RFQs and sales require their own evidence and should be reported separately.

Can Xindar guarantee a permanent AI recommendation?

No. We define the work, evidence and measurement process. Generated answers and search experiences change; no fixed recommendation is promised.
