This policy explains what Xindar records, what it labels as a gap, and how readers can distinguish published evidence from method, opinion, and unverified claims.
PUBLIC ACCOUNTABILITY
Attribution is evidence, not decoration.
Xindar does not assign a person, reviewer, credential, date, or result when the underlying source does not supply it. CMS-only Insights with missing authorship are labeled as an attribution gap until the record is corrected.
Review
Reviewed by appears only when a reviewer is explicitly recorded. Publication alone is not represented as independent review.
Sources and evidence
Claims should identify the evidence type, scope, date, and limitation. Illustrative scenarios, delivery context, demo data, and verified results remain distinct labels.
AI assistance
AI tools may support drafting, organization, or quality checks. A human owner remains accountable for approved claims, sources, market context, and publication.
Updates
Published and last-updated dates come from the source record. Evidence-checked dates are displayed only when separately recorded.
Corrections
Material corrections should preserve the original publication identity and add a dated, specific correction record rather than silently rewriting history.

Methods and corrections remain separately inspectable.
